Hyatt Centric Brickell Miami’s 208 rooms sit on floors three through eighteen of Panorama Tower—the tallest building in Miami. Policy

Hotels are only able to be booked once the booking is in BK status.

If a new booking is created and a hotel is added to the reservation, full payment is required at the time of booking
There are no 24-hour breathers when adding a hotel to an existing voyage booking
Hotels cannot be booked within 45 days prior to sailing

Deposits

Deposits are 20% of full hotel price and are non-refundable outside of grace period (unless insurance was purchased)
Outside of 120 days until sailing, a deposit of 20%
Within 120 days of the voyage, final payment is due at the time the hotel is added to the reservation
When a hotel is added to an existing voyage booking, hotel deposits are due immediately

Grace Period

For new hotel bookings made outside of 120 days, Sailors have 7 days from the voyage booking creation date to cancel and receive a 100% refund of deposit

Payments

Full payment is due 120 days before sailing

Cancellations

Any eligible refunds will be sent to the original form of payment

Timing	Refund
>= 120 days and within 7-day grace period	100% refundable
>= 120 days outside of 7-day grace period	20% deposit is non-refundable - Given as an FVC
<120 and >=45 days	FVC for the Hotel Cost
< 45 days	No-refundable. No new hotel bookings or changes to existing hotel bookings can be made

Voyage Protection

There is no additional charge to include a hotel in voyage protection. The 8% of voyage fare paid includes hotel coverage
Voyage Protection will cover any non-refundable payments made

Confirmation Emails

Booking confirmation emails will include hotel name, check-in date, check-out date and room category
Sailors will receive an additional confirmation email with hotel booking details from Virgin Voyages within 2-3 business days upon booking

Modifications
Hotel dates can be changed up until 45 days prior to voyage (subject to availability). Applicable price increases will apply.

- Within 45 days: No changes or new hotels bookings can be made

Non-standard room requests must be treated as a special request at any time prior to voyage
Name Changes on a hotel booking can be made up until 45 days prior to voyage

- Within 45 days: special requests must be made

If you’re looking to book your entire trip in one step, get in touch with our Sailor Services Crew via phone, email or chat. Please note that hotels cannot be booked within 45 days prior to sailing.

At this time, we do not offer transfers when booking a hotel through Virgin Voyages.

Yes, Sailors can use Payment FVC towards booking Hotels - not Discount FVC.

If you need to make changes to your existing hotel reservation, here’s a few things you need to know:

Dates can be changed up until 45 days prior to sailing (subject to availability) and applicable price changes will apply. If the sailing is within 45 days no changes or new hotel bookings can be made.

Name changes on a hotel booking can be made up until 45 days prior to voyage. If it is within 45 days special requests must be made.

Be sure to give our Sailor Services a ring at 954-488-2955 to make any modifications.

Sailors are not able to upgrade at this time.

Sailors must contact Sailor Services prior to 45 days before arrival. Sailors are unable to cancel reservations within 45 days prior to arrival.

Currency, we are offering 2 property options at each port. Yes, Sailors are able to book their own properties but they will not get the same rate via Virgin Voyages.

Up to 4 Sailors per room.

Bookings must be made at least 45 days prior to arrival.

Yes, Sailors will receive a confirmation from Virgin Voyages.

Sailors should contact Sailor Services and the request will be made to Crew and Sailor Travel.

Yes, Sailors are covered.
