1. Overview. To be a member of the Virgin Voyages Sailing Club, you must have completed at least one eligible Virgin Voyages cruise.
Starting 01 January 2024, any sailor who has sailed with us once before (on a paid voyage) will automatically be enrolled in the Sailing Club and will be eligible to earn toward perks packages.
Perks packages are based on the number of eligible voyages completed by an individual. Credit for a voyage is accrued toward perks 30 days following the completion of the voyage. Sailors on back to back voyages who qualify for the next highest perks package will not see the benefits of that next level on the back to back voyage.
Sailors receive membership in the Virgin Voyages Sailing Club after they have completed one eligible (paid) voyage. Once Sailors are part of the Sailing Club, they must complete one other eligible voyage to earn Blue Extras perks. Sailors who have unlocked Blue Extras will receive these perks per qualifying sailor on their third lifetime voyage:
- Dedicated Sailing Club Sailor Services support
- Cocktail Event
- Laundry Service (1 bag of laundry)
- Specialty Coffee
- $100 promotional Bar Tab
- Unlimited Premium Wifi (where available)
- Priority Boarding: a dedicated embarkation queue

All perks are per eligible Sailing Club sailor. Bar Tab, Wi-Fi, laundry service, and coffee charges may appear on the Sailor’s account, but will be waived before a credit card is charged at the end of the voyage:
- $100 promotional Bar Tab: a Bar Tab credit applied to the folio of the eligible sailor only
- Unlimited premium Wifi: provided where available
- Priority Boarding: early boarding time and dedicated queue in Terminal V and where available globally (cabin mate of Sailing Club sailor will be permitted to join when arriving together)

- Blue Extras: One specialty coffee per day at bars or restaurants. Not available through Ship Eats. Alcoholic coffee cocktails not included.

Blue Extras and Deep Blue Extras are available to Sailors who have earned these perks on all eligible voyages until 31 December 2026.
As of 7 October 2025, Base, Essential and Premium fare bookings are eligible for this program.
4. Existing Sea-Blazers & Sea-Rovers.
Sea-Blazers & Sea-Rovers have already unlocked their access to Deep Blue Extras by their sailing history prior to 2024. Those sailors who have already earned Sea-Blazer and Sea-Rover badges before 01 January 2024 and sail in 2024, 2025 or 2026 will enjoy the full suite of Deep Blue Extras perks.

- Sea-Blazers’ $125 Bar Tab Bonus for life will continue to be honored on purchases of $300 Bar Tab by the eligible sailor
- Sea-Rovers’ $100 Bar Tab Bonus 2024 remains unchanged and will continue to be honored on purchases of $300 Bar Tab by the eligible sailor
Starting April 3, 2024 through October 31, 2025, Sailors on Virgin Voyages who hold loyalty status with other select cruise and travel brands are invited to apply for our Sailing Club Status Match program. We will offer immediate Sailing Club membership and Blue Extras perks to Sailors who provide confirmation of loyalty status in other programs and have a confirmed eligible booking with Virgin Voyages.
Sailors who join the Sailing Club via Status Match will receive Blue Extras on their first ever voyage, and continue to receive Blue Extras until they unlock Deep Blue Extras, on their fifth voyage, in line with the standard Sailing Club program requirements.

6. Exclusions.
Voyages excluded from earning toward perks packages:
- Casino (Loyalty) Complementary Bookings
- Free Voyage Fare (Access Key) Giveaways
- First Mate Rate Bookings
- Interline Rates
- All reduced cruise fares (e.g., employee/employee family rates, vendor rates, etc.)
- Internal ECC Bookings
- Internal Ship Companion Bookings
- Other cruises as designated by Virgin Voyages at its sole discretion.
7. General Terms. All questions or disputes regarding the eligibility for the Program or provision of benefits will be resolved by Virgin Voyages at its sole discretion.
Each Sailing Club member shall be responsible for advising Virgin Voyages of physical and/or email address changes, and we shall have no liability for misdirected mail, undelivered email, or any consequences thereof. Other terms and conditions apply. Program void where prohibited by law.
We reserve the right to terminate, modify, revise, or change the Program and these Terms, in whole or part, at any time with or without notice. Changes may revise use of benefits, availability of benefits, features of offers, and any other element of the Program. Changes may result in a reduction in the value of the Program or status achieved. The Program is available to individuals for their personal use only and is limited to one account per individual. Corporations, associations or other groups may not participate in the Program. To be eligible, members must provide and maintain a valid email address. Only one account may be associated with one email address. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse to create an account or provide benefits for any reason. “Gaming the system” (i.e., manipulation or exploitation of the rules designed to govern the Virgin Voyages Sailing Club in an attempt to gain an advantage over other users) or fraudulent activity will result in the forfeiture of benefits, the determination of which will be in Virgin Voyages’ sole discretion. Indeed, the administration and execution of the Virgin Voyages Sailing Club is within our sole discretion.

1. Offer Overview. These terms and conditions outline the Exclusive Sailing Club Offer - New 2028 Resilient Voyages (hereafter “Exclusive Sailing Club Offer”) for existing members of the Virgin Voyages Sailing Club who have previously sailed onboard a Virgin Voyages ship at least one (1) time on a full-fare voyage (hereafter, “Existing Sailing Club Member(s)”).
2. Eligibility/Caveats.
2.1. Eligible Booking Window. This Exclusive Sailing Club Offer is eligible for bookings on an Eligible Voyage(s) (as described in section 3 below) purchased between 12:01 a.m. local U.S. east coast time on 03 June 2026 through 11:59 p.m. local U.S. east coast time on 17 June 2026 for Existing Sailing Club Members.
2.2. This Exclusive Sailing Club Offer will be for a USD $100 per cabin promotional Bar Tab when booked on a new booking during the eligible booking window as provided in section 2.1. At the time of booking, the Existing Sailing Club Member must enter their unique Access Key during checkout or call into Sailor Services to validate the Existing Sailing Club Member’s loyalty status to receive the offer.
2.3. This Exclusive Sailing Club Offer may be combined with the 70% off Second Sailor + Balcony Upgrades offer, as well as our Pay In Full, My Next Virgin Voyage, Tour Operators, Wedding, and Circles/Groups Programs. This promotional Bar Tab may also be combined with the promotional Bar Tab that a qualified Sailor receives as part of the Sailing Club. This offer is not combinable with Reduced rate programs (Interline, Casino, First Mate, Employee), Giveaway / Promotional Access Keys, Incentive and Contracted Circle Programs, and all other promotional offers, promotions, discounts, or credits. Offer and combinability with other promotional offers are subject to change at any time at Virgin Voyages' discretion.
2.4. The Offer must be accepted as-is and cannot be substituted, transferred or redeemed for cash or otherwise.If the full value of the promotional Bar Tab is not redeemed during the relevant Eligible Voyage, the recipient will forego any unused balance at the end of the voyage.
2.5. Charter voyages and Lock It In Rate Guaranteed bookings are excluded from this offer.
2.6. Travel Agents (or “First Mates” in our branding voice) do not earn commission on the Bar Tab value given to Existing Sailing Club Members for the Exclusive Sailing Club Offer.
3. Eligible Voyages.
- Resilient Lady: Departing May 8, 2028 through October 28, 2028
4. Eligible Cabins. Eligible cabins include XL Sea Terrace cabin category and below, excluding Lock-It-In cabins (that is: XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace, Ltd View Sea Terrace, Solo Sea View, Sea View, Solo Insider, Insider, and Social Insider are eligible). Base, Essential and Premium fare bookings are eligible for this promotion.
5. Cancellations. Virgin Voyages’ cancellation policies apply. We reserve the right to modify this offer at any time with or without notice.
“2021 Sea-Blazers Program” Terms and Conditions
Updated: August 13, 2021
1. Description. The Sea-Blazers Program provides benefits to Sailors who purchase a voyage and embark our ships in 2021 as a way to say “thank you” for being among the first to sail with us. Exclusions apply.
2. Eligibility. Any person sailing with us as a paying passenger (or “Sailor” in our branding voice) in calendar year 2021 will become a Sea-Blazer and qualify for Sea-Blazer benefits, subject to exclusions laid out in paragraph 3.
Categories/First Mates/Sailors Eligibility:
- All categories of paying Sailor, to include those in Circles
- All First Mate agencies, including Tour Operators
3. Exclusions. Sailors traveling on Friends and Family, gifted, or charter voyages, or who travel on a deeply discounted voyage fare (i.e., voyage fares under $100/day) are excluded from the Sea-Blazer program. Shipload of Love offer, and First Mates’, no-charge access keys, Casino Sailors, as well as paid upgrades of those access keys, are excluded. Persons boarding for solely pier-side events do not qualify.
4. Overview of benefits:
- Bar Tab: $125 when you purchase $300, this is an “always-on” offer for Sea-Blazers. “Always on” means this is permanent (as long as you maintain an account with Virgin Voyages).
- $300 OFF A 2022 SAILING: A Sea-Blazer who books and sails on a voyage with us in 2021 will get $300 off their 2022 voyage fare (£200 for our UK Sea-Blazers), before any promotional discounts or future voyage credits (FVCs).
- Virgin Merchandise: Something special in each Sea-Blazer’s cabin when they sail in 2021.
5. Bar Tab Details.
5.1. Offer. These terms detail the Sea-Blazer program’s “Bar Tab” Offer. We’re offering our Sea-Blazer-Sailors the opportunity to buy $300 Bar Tab increments, to which Virgin Voyages will then add a bonus $125 U.S. dollar credit to that Sailor’s folio. This applies for every $300 Bar Tab increment purchased. Bar Tabs may be purchased up to midnight EST following the day before the voyage sets sail. $125 in Bar Tab Bonus (Sailor Loot) Sea-Blazer Bar Tab Bonus applies when the Sailor sails with us for the first time - and it lasts as long as you keep an account with us - see section 5.4.5. below.
5.2. Voyage Eligibility. Any paying Sailor embarking SCARLET LADY in a 2021 voyage (Sailors on charter voyages, “Friends & Family” voyages, and who travel on deeply discounted fares are not eligible).
5.3. Combinability. The Sea-Blazer Bar Tab is combinable with everything except other Bar Tab Bonuses - you get $125 Bar Tab Bonus no matter what, even if we are publicly running $50 or $100 Bar Tab Bonus. The $125 bonus does not stack with other Bar Tab Bonuses.
5.4. Caveats/Exclusions to the Bar Tab offer.
5.4.1. The Bar Tab can only be used on drink purchases (a) onboard our ships or (b) at The Beach Club at Bimini. It may not be transferred to pay for other experiences e.g. Spa or shore excursions (“Shore Things'' in our branding voice). Any unused Bar Tab credit (both purchased and bonus) will not be refunded to the Sailor at the end of the voyage. It may not be transferred to another user (though one may purchase bar drinks for another Sailor). Bar Tab may be cancelled, with a refund, until 24 hours from the voyage sail date. Should the voyage sail date change, the Bar Tab may be transferred to the new voyage. Bar Tab is likely not insurable.
5.4.2. Travel Agents (or “First Mates” in our branding voice). First Mates can purchase a prepaid Bar Tab for their Sailors and earn commission on the purchase amount. First Mates do not earn commission on the bonus value we give Sailors on us. To the extent Bar Tab is purchased, First Mate’s Commission on Bar Tab (10%) will be paid post-voyage with other pre-voyage sales commission, provided Sailor makes the voyage and does not cancel the Bar Tab before the voyage.
5.4.3. Sailor loses the Promotional Bonus portion if their 2021 reservation is cancelled, even if later reinstated.
5.4.4. Prepay Bar Tabs may be purchased by calling Virgin Voyages prior to sailing, or through your First Mate.
5.4.5. We track the permanence of this offer through your account with us. If you exercise your right under a privacy law applicable to you to delete all personal information we hold on you, our ability to track the affiliation of this offer with you will go away as well. It would only be reinstated upon satisfactory review of subsequently submitted proof this offer applied to you, that is, reinstatement is not automatic.
6. $300 off a 2022 sailing details.
6.1. Offer. Paying Sailors booked and traveling with us in 2021 will receive a $300 discount (UK Sailors will get a £200 discount) off their (base) voyage fare before any promotions, discount FVCs, etc., for a 2022 voyage. This is per Sailor. Those paying in currencies other than USD or GBP will have their local currency converted to $300 USD.
6.2. Qualifying Voyages. (that is, voyages that will EARN this as part of The Sea-Blazers Program):
- Scarlet Lady: voyages departing August 5, 2021 through December 29, 2021.
Sailors on 2021 charter voyages, 2021 “Friends & Family” voyages, and who travel on deeply discounted fares in 2021 are not eligible.
6.3. Beneficiary Voyages (that is, voyages the discount FVC may be used on):
- Scarlet Lady: voyages departing January 2, 2022 through December 27, 2022
- Valiant Lady: voyages departing March 18, 2022 through December 30, 2022
- Resilient Lady: voyages departing July 24, 2022 through December 30, 2022
- Charters are excluded.
6.4. Combinability. Combinable with all other discount FVCs, promotions, etc. However, only one Sea-Blazer $300 discount (UK Sailors will get a £200 discount) may be used per future reservation in 2022.
7. Virgin Merch Details.
7.1. Offer. Sea-Blazer Sailors will receive a gift for being a Sea-Blazer when they embark on a 2021 voyage.
7.2. Voyage Eligibility:
- Scarlet Lady: August 6, 2021 through December 29, 2021
- Sailors on Friends & Family and Charter voyages are excluded.
