What voltage is used in the cabins?
All of our cabins and suites have North American standard 110 volt AC and European standard 220 volt AC outlets.
Is there a safe in my cabin?
Yes, all cabins are equipped with a safe for the protection of your valuables. Big enough to hold a 17" laptop.
Are there irons and boards in the cabins?
While irons and boards are not set up in our cabins, we do offer steamers on special request.
Are there pillow alternatives?
Yes, we do offer pillow alternatives upon special request to Sailor Services.
How do I close the blinds in my cabin?
Our state-of-the-art cabin tablets allow you to open and close the shades and even select pre-programmed modes for any mood. Hangover approved 😎
How can I request for my seabed to stay a bed?
Of course! Sailors can request to keep their Seabed in sleep mode by contacting Sailor Services in the app.
Can I decorate my cabin door?
We think our lady ships look fabulous as they are, and door decorations inevitably lead to unsightly damage.
Is it possible to have a private party in my stateroom with snacks and drinks served?
If you're staying in one of our Mega RockStar Quarters, you can make arrangements through your RockStar Agent. Snacks and drinks can be ordered through ShipEats.
Where can I buy the sheets in my cabin?
At this time, our bed sheets are not for sale and can only be found on board our lady ships.
Where can I store medication that needs to be refrigerated?
Our mini bars and in-room bars in our Suites have plenty of space. If you find yourself in need of extra space or specific temperature control, please contact Sailor Services, and they will accommodate your request as best they can.
What do I do in an emergency in my cabin without a phone?
In the event of an emergency, please utilize the emergency call function on your cabin's tablet.
Will I be able to watch TV in my cabin?
Yes, all cabins and suites are equipped with a television that can be controlled by the in-cabin tablet.
Are Sailors able to take the throw blanket from the cabin or suite?
Both the red and blue throw blankets are available for purchase on High Street, located on Deck 6. Just remember, these are exclusive to the ship and can't be purchased once you're back on dry land!

Are Sailors able to take the RockStar robe from the suite?
The RockStar robes are available for purchase on High Street, located on Deck 6. Just remember, they are exclusive to the ship and can't be purchased once you're back on dry land!

Can I plug a streaming device into the in-cabin television?
Our cabins feature decor and hardware that prevent streaming devices from being plugged into the TVs. However, fear not! We have a wide array of on-demand options available in our Sailor cabins for your entertainment.
How do I manage the TV, lighting, and room temperature controls if the tablet is not functioning properly?
If the cabin tablet is not working, please report it to Sailor Services on Deck 5 or your Cabin Host so you can get back to smooth sailing! In the meantime, the cabin has a remote control for the TV, physical wall switches for the lights, and a thermostat for room temperature control.
When will my luggage arrive to my cabin?
Your luggage should be delivered to your cabin by the time our Lady Ship departs the port.
I have back-to-back voyages and will be staying in the same cabin for both. Can I leave my luggage on board while disembarking and re-embarking?
In Miami, Barcelona, and Athens, leaving luggage onboard in between back-to-back voyages is permitted. However, entry requirements for other countries will vary, so we suggest Sailors coordinate back-to-back luggage arrangements with their cabin host via the Sailor App or in person.
I have back-to-back voyages and will be changing to a different cabin for my second voyage. How will my luggage be handled?
