Staying hydrated is a must for well-being at sea (and we prefer our Sailors feel their best), so enjoy any essential drinks on us, including water (still and sparkling, of course), non-pressed juice, soda, sachet tea, and drip coffee if you need a boost. Since WiFi is as essential as water to us, count that in, too. Entertainment experiences are also included. Plus, we'll cover restaurant dining and group fitness classes, too!

Virgin Voyages plans to release sailing dates about twice a year, likely in the Spring and Fall. Please check back for future dates.

Transportation to and from the port is available for Mega RockStar Sailors as a complimentary part of your experience. RockStar Sailors traveling with a Mega RockStar are also eligible for port transportation for an additional charge, though please note this option is currently only available for voyages departing from Miami.
All other Sailors are encouraged to arrange their own transportation in advance to ensure a smooth and seamless trip to the port.

Yes, Virgin Voyages will gladly transfer a reservation to your travel agent within 30 days from the creation date when a reservation is not paid in full.
Because you booked with one of our fabulous Tour Operator partners, they will need to make any changes or adjustments to your booking directly. Please reach out to your travel partner for details.
Changes to a booking can be done through Sailor Services or your First Mate (travel agent).
Once your booking is created, your voyage itinerary will be located in your booking confirmation and can also be found under your account page on our website or on the Virgin Voyages App.

Yes — Virgin Voyages offers a Group booking program for 8 or more cabins sailing together on the same voyage, with built-in exclusive perks like Group Bar Tab, Group Dining Concierge, and price and promotion protection. Visit our Groups Program page for full details and to start planning.
Groups start at 8 cabins and can include up to 75 cabins. Whether it's a milestone birthday, a family reunion, a wedding, or a corporate trip — if you're traveling together, it's a Group. Visit our Groups Program page to learn more.
Group bookings include a Group Bar Tab per cabin (up to $200 based on voyage length), Group Dining Concierge support, price and promotion protection from the moment your Group is created, and a complimentary cabin for every 16 booked. Full details are on our Groups Program page.
On select sailings, Groups receive a savings of 5–15% off voyage fare in addition to a per cabin Group Bar Tab and other built-in perks. Your Group's voyage fare and any promotional offer are locked in the moment your Group is created, so future price changes don't affect what you've already secured. As early as possible. Most of our Group flexibility (including the ability to hold cabins without deposits) applies outside of 120-150 days from your sail date. Earlier planning also gives your Group the widest choice of itineraries, cabin categories, and dining and event coordination. To start planning, visit our Groups Program page.
To get started, make sure you have at least 8 cabins to qualify. Then, reach out to your Travel Advisor or our Voyage Planners, or submit a request by filling out our Group Getaway inquiry form on our Groups Program page. Once booked, our team takes it from there. If your sailing is within 120 days, our Groups team will reach out to your designated group leader to coordinate included dining and go over any requests for group experiences.
Each Group has a designated group leader or Travel Advisor who coordinates details like cabins, payments, and preferences. Our Groups team works directly with them to keep everything organized.
Yes. Weddings, full-ship charters (~2,700+ Sailors), corporate meetings, and incentive programs are all available. Visit our Weddings page or our Charters & Incentives page to request a proposal. Our team will reply within 3 business days.
