At this time, our bed sheets are not for sale and can only be found on board our lady ships.
Our mini bars and in-room bars in our Suites have plenty of space. If you find yourself in need of extra space or specific temperature control, please contact Sailor Services, and they will accommodate your request as best they can.
Use the cabin’s house phone to dial 911 and connect directly with our emergency response team. If you can’t access the phone, open your door and look for the nearest Crew member—they’re trained to assist immediately. For any safety questions, Sailor Services is always available to help.

Our cabins feature decor and hardware that prevent streaming devices from being plugged into the TVs. However, fear not! We have a wide array of on-demand options available in our Sailor cabins for your entertainment.
If the cabin tablet is not working, please report it to Sailor Services on Deck 5 or your Cabin Host so you can get back to smooth sailing! In the meantime, the cabin has a remote control for the TV, physical wall switches for the lights, and a thermostat for room temperature control.
Your luggage should be delivered to your cabin by the time our Lady Ship departs the port.
In Miami, Barcelona, and Athens, leaving luggage onboard in between back-to-back voyages is permitted. However, entry requirements for other countries will vary, so we suggest Sailors coordinate back-to-back luggage arrangements with their cabin host via the Sailor App or in person.
