Next, spend a day sailing to Bridgetown, Barbados, a sleepy beach town with the elegance, adventure (and breathtaking vistas) of a luxury resort. Over the next three days you’ll hit St. Vincent, St. Kitts and St. Croix before returning to San Juan.
